1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tesloplink platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tesloplink ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

4. Investment Services

The Platform provides access to investment plans, stock trading, cryptocurrency transactions, and related financial services. All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any returns on investments, and you acknowledge that you invest at your own risk.

Investment plans, projected returns, and portfolio valuations displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and may be subject to market fluctuations, platform adjustments, and administrative review.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed upon receipt and verification of funds. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and applicable exchange rates at the time of processing. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures, including authentication code confirmation and administrative approval. Processing times may vary based on the withdrawal method, amount, and compliance requirements.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, non-compliance with our Terms, or as required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Withdrawal fees, minimum amounts, and processing schedules are subject to change at our discretion.

6. Membership & Tiers

The Platform offers membership tiers with varying benefits and access levels. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Membership benefits, pricing, and tier requirements may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice to members.

7. Fees & Commissions

Certain transactions, services, and account maintenance activities may be subject to fees and commissions. These include but are not limited to: transaction processing fees, withdrawal fees, commission charges, and account maintenance fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the relevant transaction or service. We reserve the right to update our fee structure at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems; (c) engage in money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing; (d) manipulate or interfere with Platform operations; (e) use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform; (f) impersonate any person or entity; or (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform and its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of Tesloplink or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tesloplink, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investments, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tesloplink and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tesloplink operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
